In this circuit style class, you can expect to use dumbbells, barbells, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls and bodyweight exercises.  You don't need to be a competitive athlete to train like an athlete! Total body training is the way to go! You not only experience a superior conditioning workout BUT get super hero strong!
