Be ready for your pre season training and team tryouts! 
Strength and conditioning sessions for incoming 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade athletes.

5 x 2.0hr sessions designed to train, educate and prepare our athletes for optimal performance.

Each daily session will focus on a specific skill realm-
  1. Agility, balance, coordination 
  2. Speed development 
  3. Jumps and explosive power
  4. Aerobic power and energy system development 
  5. Strength and power full program
