Strength and conditioning sessions for incoming 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade athletes.

5 x 2.0hr sessions designed to train, educate and prepare our athletes for optimal performance.

Each daily session will focus on a specific skill realm-
Day1: Agility, balance, coordination 
Day 2: Speed development 
Day 3: Jumps and explosive power
Day 4: Aerobic power and energy system development 
Day 5: Strength and power full program
